Field Trial Champion is F.T.CH.Tweedshot Kite. Kite gained
his title at five years old winning two qualifying Field
Trials in the same week. He went on to win the coveted Retriever
Championship in the same year with an impressive performance
collecting three difficult runners in succession and completing
two eye wipes on woodcock, one of them on last years Retriever
Champion. Kite maintained his early lead over the whole
of the three days to win the Champion Stake. Kite has also
won many first prizes in working and cold game tests and
has represented England in tests and trials. Among his many
trophies Kite was awarded the Routledge Rank Cup for the
retriever with most Field Trial awards in one season. |
