IWS is listed as one of the Kennel Club's vulnerable native
breeds. It has been traditionally worked as a retriever
and is still the choice of many a wildfowler and rough
shooter. My dogs have been bred for work and temperament
for four decades. I have had connections with working
IWS since early childhood, and have continued in my fathers
footsteps, always striving to imporve the working IWS.
