At Stud

KIRKSTALL BASIL (Jack).

Jack is a proven stud dog.

He has an excellent temperament, is biddable with good game finding ability
and plenty of gun sense.

In addition to being a regular member of the picking-up team he is a Field
Trial Open Stake Award Winner,
last placed 2nd in the Cocker Spaniel Club English Open Stake in 2008 where
he was also awarded the prize for the most stylish retrieve.

Jack has current clear eye certificates ( CPRA, GPRA and Goniodygenesis) and
is DNA profiled. DNA profiles are also held for his dam and grand dam as
well as all of our other dogs who
also hold clear eye certificates.

All of our Cockers are home bred, puppies are occasionally available as in
general we only have a litter when looking for succession of the line.
We have two unrelated lines, one the "Scottish line" is descended from our
bitch FTCh. Anahar Teuchat (our stud dog is her grandson) and the other
is descended from FTCh. Rynebank Jess. In addition to competing in Field
Trials the Cockers work picking-up on three shoots.
