Rothievale
gundogs is a small kennels whose prime aim is to breed and
train quality, sound gundogs for all types of shooting and
field trialling.
Concentrating
on 2 or 3 litters a year to satisfy our own requirements,
our emphasis is on temperament, game finding ability and looks.

'Mannie' is a promising young dog
that has shown presence and class from a young pup.
He is a good looking springer, powerful with lots of
hunting drive but extremely good natured and easy. He
is a keen retriever and has a lovely natural sitting
delivery. I hope to trial him in 2007 as he has no hang
ups and is extremely easy to train.
He achieved 2nd in his first novice
test in May and is a proven stud dog.
UPDATE
Mannie ran in his first trial for
the Scottish Spaniel Club and won 'on ice'
