Open Field Trial Winner

 Bynbrig Larson of Highshot  (Jake)

O.F.T.W Bynbrig Larson of Highshot, or Jake as he is known, is an exceptionally handsome dog with a first class working pedigree ( over 20 FTCHs or FTWs in a five generation pedigree) 
Health Checks:  Hip score 3/3. Elbow score 0/0. Eyes certified Clear. DNA tests: CPRA and CNM clear by parentage.

Jake started his field trial career by winning the Labrador Retriever Novice Stake first time out. 

 This was a tough walked up trial held at Checkley Wood on a bad scenting day on partridge. The win was a pretty conclusive one as Jake was the only dog left in the trial when the judges finally decided to close their books.  Jake followed this a few weeks later with a third place in an open stake. This year 2011/12 Jake won an Open stake, had two seconds, a third and a certificate of Merit all in Open trials. Not bad for his first open season. He finished the season a better dog for the experience gained and expectations are high for next year.

Jake is a proven stud dog having sired eight large litters of strong and healthy pups .
 He carries the yellow gene so depending on the bitch can produce both black and yellow pups.
