F.T.CH. Bynbrig Larson of Highshot, or Jake as he is known, is an exceptionally handsome dog with a first class working pedigree (over 20 FTCHs or FTWs in a five generation pedigree)

Health Checks: Hip score 3/3 Elbow score 0/0. Current Clear eye certificate. CPRA and CNM clear by parentage.

Jake srarted his field trial carreer by winning The Labrador Retriever Club Novice Stake on his first outing. This was a tough walked up trial at Checkley Wood on a bad scenting day on partridge. The win was pretty conclusive as Jake was the only dog left when the judges closed their books.The following season Jake went on to win an Open Stake, two seconds a third and a Certificate of Merit all in Open Trials. Not bad for his first open season.

This season (2012) Jake won The Suffolk Gundog Club's 2 Day Open Stake making him into a Field Trial Champion. He also gained a third and Guns Choice in The Yorkshire Gundog Club's 2 Day Trial. Having qualified I will now  be running him in the Retriever Championships due to be held in November 2012 at Cawder Estate in Scotland.

Jake is a proven stud dog with a high sperm count (tested earlier this year report available) and has sired a number of large litters of healthy pups. He carries the yellow gene so depending upon the bitch can produce both black and yellow pups.
