I have a working cocker of which both parents are registered with kennel club, but the breeder (julie sinclair) didnt send off the transfer of ownership form for the owners of the father of my dog, since contacting the Kennel Club, they inform me that unless we can contact her (although they know her whereabouts) we cannot register my bitch, any help with her whereabouts would be great. Kennel Club cannot divulge info, or contact her on my behalf. I believe her registered kennel name is `onyourtoes` Julie was based in tenterden for sometime but has sinced moved.
